Our organization is aware that we are in a period where the entire world must work together to ensure a sustainable environment alongside all elements of nature and to maintain the healthy continuity of human existence. With this understanding, our business approach in all activities is evaluated across three dimensions, decisions are made accordingly, and the value creation process is managed with attention to these dimensions. The Sustainability Policy has been prepared to serve as the business constitution of our organization, aligning with the founding values, fundamental working principles, business ethics, and global objectives. The Sustainability Policy serves as a guide for all activities and decision-making processes and addresses global stakeholders who are directly or indirectly involved throughout the entire value chain.

The Sustainability Policy is built on three interrelated focus areas. Our organization believes that sustainable economic development is possible through an inclusive approach, when individuals have environmental and social awareness, and when a healthy environment is maintained.

We believe that sustainability can be achieved through the development of social structures, the institutional commitment and continuity of employees, and that individuals must fully perceive the social structures they are part of and consider their existence in harmony with the health of these structures. 'Healthy Environment' Focused Business Approach Our organization, in carrying out its activities, prioritizes the protection of all elements of the environment and the reduction of environmental impacts, together with all business partners and stakeholders. It adopts conducting all activities with respect for the environment as a core value and develops ways to identify and mitigate any potential negative environmental impacts in advance. • Developing and implementing practices that improve occupational health and safety is considered an integral part of the work.
• Opportunities are created to develop social projects and collaborations that contribute to the social and economic development of the community and local stakeholders, as well as to local employment.
• Conditions are created to make the work environment more efficient, aiming to enhance employee commitment and well-being.
• All forms of discrimination are prevented, ensuring employees have equal rights in employment, career management, compensation, performance evaluation, and similar areas.
• Efforts are made to increase female employment at all levels by supporting the development and active participation of women.
• Active efforts are made and supported to promote employees' personal development and to enhance their awareness of global citizenship.
• The development and implementation of environmentally friendly products and services is facilitated.
• The purchase of environmentally friendly products is carried out whenever possible.
• Energy efficiency efforts in all sectors are continuously monitored and improved, and work is carried out to establish the necessary infrastructure and renew the existing one.
